The Hon Justice Andrew Coleman - Member

The Honourable Justice Andrew Coleman was sworn-in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 1 October 2024. His Honour graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1987 with degrees in Arts and Law and worked as a solicitor in Sydney and London before being called to the Bar in 1996. His Honour was a reader and then a member at 11 St James Hall Chambers before becoming a founding member of Banco Chambers in 2005. His Honour’s practice led him to be well regarded in insolvency, commercial law, insurance, inquiries, common law, and sports law. His Honour took silk in 2010. In 2021 he became a judge of the District Court of New South Wales.
